The sublimation printing process for our polyester mesh shorts begins with the fabric being transported on a belt. Heat transfer presses the color from the paper deep into the fabric using heat. The printed fabrics are then precisely laser cut into the desired shapes. This creates a high-quality, long-lasting end product.

Cut & Sewing
The cut & sewing process is the crucial step in which the parts previously cut out by laser cutting are sewn together precisely and carefully. High-quality products are created by hand and with the best, regularly updated sewing machines through detailed seams. The manufacturer relies on many years of experience to ensure the highest quality at every step.

Once the shorts are finished, they are individually ironed to ensure a clean, professional appearance. They are then packed in individual boxes. Once everything is prepared, the products are ready to ship and can be quickly delivered to customers via express shipping.
